Mr Chhatwal carries with him rich experience of 36 years in Pharma industry. He completed his education in science and started his career in Sales profile by working with Sarabhai Chemicals for 10 years. He gained rich insights of the Pharma industry and launched Torque in 1985 with a mission to serve humanity.

Mr. Chhatwal is a Senior member of Himachal Drug Manufacturers Association and actively participates in meetings of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER). His wife retired as the principal of a Senior Secondary School at Chandigarh and his son is also a pharmacist.His daughter is a practicing lawyer with the Punjab & Haryana High Court and is married to an Industrialist.

Apart from leading the organization alongwith Mr. Bedi, he guides the organization for future growth plans and also takes personal interest in the aggressive media campaign. Hardwork and a Never say no Attitude keeps him going.

Having completed his technical education, Mr. Bedi joined hands with Mr. Chhatwal to launch Torque in 1985. The day to day operations of the company are under his direct supervision. He firmly believes in team building and developing processes and leads by example by being in the office well in time every morning.

Mr. Bedi is the son of former Drug controller of Punjab Late Shri Kuldeep Singh Bedi. His wife is a lecturer in Guru Gobing Singh Khalsa college. He has two children who are presently studying. Mr. Bedi shares the ideology of steady growth alongwith Mr. Chhatwal.

Mr. Bedi has a total experience of 26 years and is well versed with all aspects of the industry. His mantra ' Keep Walking' goes well in tune with the growth story of Torque.
