Job Description

Exposure in the Ayurveda industry, specifically the Oil segment.

  • To promote and coordinate the organisation’s marketing and sales operations to optimise the company’s market share in hair oil. Provide support to the team to achieve the company mission and sales goals, with outstanding customer services.
  • Analyzing market trends, pricing and competitor’s activities & maintaining Sales performance.
  • Responsible for supervision of sales operations and services.
  • To promote teamwork within the teams and a favourable image of the company.
  • Build a strong sales team to develop and nurture them to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and communicate organizational policies and goals across the team.
  • Review marketing and sales budget and ensure its compliance.
  • To develop performance standards and evaluate team performances.
  • The hiring of Sales Officers in coordination with GM Sales & marketing / Corporate HR.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Visiting stockiest for sales & sales promotion.
