MECHANISM OF ACTION: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): Acts as a powerful antioxidant, scavenging free radicals, supporting collagen synthesis, and aiding in the absorption of non-heme iron. Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin): Essential for DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation, neurological function, and energy metabolism. Folic Acid (Vitamin B9): Supports DNA synthesis and repair, aids in cell division, and is crucial for the formation of red blood cells. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): Functions in energy metabolism, DNA repair, and supports skin health by promoting a healthy barrier function and reducing inflammation.
INDICATIONS: B-Colex-C injection is used as an effective treatment for nutritional deficiencies, Megaloblastic Anaemia, and Megaloblastic Anaemia.

SIDE EFFECTS: Pain at the injection site, extreme allergic reaction, hypotension.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: B-Colex-C injection is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
