As directed by the physician. Pyridoxine can interact with amiodarone, phenobarbital, and phenytoin. Cyanocobalamin can interact with chloramphenicol. Niacinamide can interact with alcohol and allopurinol. Long-term high-dose pyridoxine use is unsafe and may cause nerve problems. Cyanocobalamin should not be used by patients with Leber's disease, as it can seriously harm the optic nerve. Niacinamide can make allergies more severe and may increase the risk of irregular heartbeat in large amounts; use with caution and monitor blood sugar in diabetic patients. D-Panthenol should be avoided in patients with haemophilia, as it may extend bleeding time.
