Cylip-P+ syrup, cardamom flavoured, combines cyproheptadine and tricholine citrate to stimulate appetite and support liver function.

Composition
Each 5 ml contains:
- Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride (Anhydrous) I.P. 2 mg
- Tricholine Citrate 0.275 mg
- Flavoured Nonsyrupy Base q.s.
Indications
Cylip-P+ Syrup is indicated for loss of appetite, weight loss, and anorexia nervosa. It may be prescribed for underweight children with inadequate dietary intake, reduced appetite, anaemia, liver-related conditions, and digestive disorders. It may also be used as an adjunct to anti-tubercular and antiretroviral therapy to support healthy weight gain.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
Precautions
Use only under medical supervision. This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or reduced alertness. Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Consult your physician before use if you have liver disease, glaucoma, urinary retention, or are taking other medications. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
