KOFF GO JUNIOR SYRUP

DESCRIPTION: Koff Go Junior is a pediatric cough and cold formulation containing dextromethorphan, chlorpheniramine, and phenylephrine. It helps relieve dry cough, runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion, providing effective and gentle relief for children.

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide

MECHANISM OF ACTION: Dextromethorphan suppresses cough by central action on the cough center in the medulla. Phenylephrine stimulates postsynaptic alpha-receptors, resulting in vasoconstriction, which reduces nasal congestion.

INDICATIONS: Complete relief of coughs and upper respiratory tract symptoms, including nasal congestion associated with allergy or common cold.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the product; severe hypertension, ventricular tachycardia, severe coronary artery disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, peptic ulcer, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, as a treatment for lower respiratory tract conditions including asthma, during an asthma attack, if having a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug, newborns or premature infants, breast-feeding women.

SIDE EFFECTS: Blurred vision, dry mouth, nausea, stomach pain, constipation, skin rash or itching.  

WARNINGS: Do not exceed recommended dosage.

DOSAGE: As directed by the physician.

STORAGE: Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from direct sunlight. Recap the bottle tightly after use.
