Mechanism of Action: Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist.It blocks certain natural substances (leukotriene) that cause asthma and allergy. Bilastine is a non-sedating, long-acting histamine antagonist with selective peripheral H1 receptor antagonist affinity results in binding to and preventing activation of the H1 receptor, reduces the development of allergic symptoms due to the release of histamine from mast cells. Indications: Torque’s Montor-BL Kid is commonly prescribed in children to treat symptoms of allergy such as runny nose, sneezing, itching, swelling, congestion, and watery eyes.
