Mycomin-Z syrup combines Methylcobalamin, Vitamin D3, Zinc Gluconate, Lysine, Niacinamide, Biotin, and Folic Acid to support nerve health, immune function, and overall well-being.

Each 5 ml contains:
- Methylcobalamin 500 mcg
- Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 200 IU
- Zinc Gluconate (eq. to elemental Zinc 5 mg)
- Lysine Hydrochloride 150 mg
- Niacinamide 15 mg
- Biotin 20 mcg
- Folic Acid 140 mcg
Indications
Used as supportive therapy in general debility, for general well-being, alongside antibiotics or antifungals, and in gynaecological care.
