Nimuspas Tablets

Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic, having direct intestinal and other smooth muscle relaxant activity. It belongs to a class of medications called anticholinergics. Paracetamol is a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, clinically proven analgesic / antipyretic.

Each uncoated tablet contains:

Paracetamol I.P. 325 mg
Dicyclomine Hydrochloride I.P. 20 mg

Indications

Spasmodic dysmenorrhea, gastrointestinal distress.

Storage

Store in a cool place. Protect from direct sunlight.

Precautions

Use with caution in patients with glaucoma, urinary retention, or GI obstructive disease due to the anticholinergic component. Overdosage of paracetamol can cause liver damage; avoid exceeding the recommended dose. Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment. Not recommended for prolonged use without medical supervision.
