COLD GO SUSPENSION
COLD-GO contains an analgesic-antipyretic Paracetamol with decongestant Phenylephrine and an antihistamine Chlorpheniramine Maleate. Paracetamol is a para-aminophenol derivative, that produces antipyresis by acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre and analgesia by elevating the pain threshold. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is a selective 1-adrenergic receptor agonist used primarily as a decongestant. Chlorpheniramine Maleate an alkylamine derivative is anti-histaminic that causes a moderate degree of sedation.
