Each 5 ml reconstituted suspension contains:
Cefpodoxime Proxetil I.P. eq. to Cefpodoxime 50 mg
Excipients Colour: Sunset Yellow FCF
Indications
Indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms, including acute otitis media, pharyngitis, and other respiratory tract infections.
Storage
Store protected from light and moisture at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
Precautions
Use only as prescribed by the physician. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Cefpodoxime, cephalosporins, or any component of the formulation. Caution is advised in patients with a history of penicillin allergy, renal impairment, or gastrointestinal disorders. Complete the full prescribed course of treatment even if symptoms improve earlier. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if signs of allergic reactions occur.
