Primotor N tablet contains the progestogen analog called norethisterone which belongs to a class of medicines called ‘Progestogens’ and is useful in treatment of heavy, painful, irregular periods, postponement of menstruation, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and endometriosis. Progestogens are similar to the natural female hormone progesterone.

Indications
Primotor N is used in the treatment of heavy, painful, or irregular periods, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), postponement of menstruation, and endometriosis.
Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Precautions
Primotor N should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver, kidney, or heart disorders. Medical supervision is recommended in patients with epilepsy, migraine, asthma, or a history of thromboembolic disorders. It should not be used during pregnancy or lactation unless specifically advised by a physician.
