Dexamethasone injection is a corticosteroid used to reduce inflammation and suppress the immune system in arthritis, allergic reactions, and other inflammatory conditions.

Composition
Each ml contains:
- Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate eq. to Dexamethasone Phosphate I.P. 4 mg
- Methylparaben (Preservative) I.P. 0.15% w/v
- Propylparaben (Preservative) I.P. 0.02% w/v
Indications
Used to treat a number of conditions including arthritis, blood, hormone and immune system disorders, allergic reactions, certain skin and eye conditions, breathing problems, and certain bowel disorders.
Storage
Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C. Protect from light.
Precautions
As directed by the physician. Do not use in viral infections except when used for emergency therapy. Congestive heart failure, osteoporosis, and diabetes are relative contraindications. For IM/IV use only.
