Each 5 ml contains:

• Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride U.S.P. 2 mg
• In a syrupy base q.s.
• Colour: Sunset Yellow Supra

Appetite stimulant; prophylactic treatment of paediatric migraine and suppression of vascular headaches. It also provides symptomatic relief in perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, allergic reactions, pruritic symptoms, urticaria, angioedema and dermographism, and may be used as an adjunct in anaphylactic therapy.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.

May cause dizziness and drowsiness. Monitor for excessive drowsiness. Administer with food if gastrointestinal upset occurs. Measure the prescribed dose using a dosing syringe, spoon, or cup.
