Tordex Plus Cough Syrup 100ml
Tordex Plus Cough Syrup is a combination of dextromethorphan, phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine, used in the treatment of dry, irritating cough and congestion. It is highly effective in relieving the body's allergy-like symptoms, such as a runny nose, cough, sneezing, stuffy nose, itching, and watery eyes.

Each 5ml contains:
- Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide I.P. 15mg
- Phenylephrine HCl I.P. 5mg
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate I.P. 2mg
- Flavoured Syrup Base q.s.
Indications
Treatment of dry, irritating cough, nasal congestion, and allergy-related symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and throat irritation.
Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Precautions
Use only as directed by the physician. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the formulation. May cause dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, loss of appetite, or nausea. Use with caution when taking other medications, as interactions may occur with MAO inhibitors and certain central nervous system medicines. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
