Torex Drop is a new formulation featuring phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine, specially designed for sneezing and cough in children.

Composition
Each ml contains:
- Phenylephrine HCl I.P. 2.5mg
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate I.P. 1.0mg
- Flavoured Syrup Base q.s.
Indications
Used for the symptomatic relief of allergy, common cold, and sinus inflammation in children, including runny nose, sneezing, cough, and nasal congestion.
Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Precautions
Use only as directed by the physician. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the formulation. May cause dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, loss of appetite, or nausea. Use with caution in children receiving other medications, as interactions may occur with MAO inhibitors and certain central nervous system medicines. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
