Each uncoated tablet contains:

• Metformin Hydrochloride I.P. 500 mg
• Excipients q.s.

Indicated for the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus when diet, exercise, and treatment with a single antidiabetic agent do not provide adequate glycemic control.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light & moisture.

Avoid use in patients with severe renal impairment, hepatic insufficiency, acute alcohol intoxication, alcoholism, or conditions causing dehydration, severe infection, shock, or tissue hypoxia. Monitor for signs of lactic acidosis and inform the physician about all concurrent medicines.
