Loperamide is a synthetic piperidine derivative, an opioid drug used against diarrhoea resulting from gastroenteritis or inflammatory bowel disease.

Azetor contains Azithromycin which is an azalide, a subclass of macrolide antibiotics. It is derived from Erythro mycin, with a methyl-substituted nitrogen atom incorporated into the lactone ring, thus making the lactone ring 15-membered.
