Ambroxol Hydrochloride is the metabolite of bromhexine and a mucolytic agent. Ambroxol acts as secretolytic agent used in the treatment of respiratory diseases associated with viscid or excessive mucus. Cetirizine is a second-generation antihistamine used in the treatment of allergies, hay fever, angioedema, and urticaria. It is a major metabolite of hydroxyzine and a racemic selective H1 receptor inverse agonist.

Febuxostat is a more selective and potent inhibitor of oxidase and has no effect on other enzymes involved in purine or pyrimidine metabolism. Febuxostat is well absorbed after oral administration. Febuxostat can be given without regard to food intake. The main route of elimination of Febuxostat is metabolism in the liver followed by excretion of metabolites in the urine and faeces.
