Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic, having direct intestinal and other smooth muscle relaxant activity. It belongs to a class of medications called anticholinergics. Paracetamol is a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, clinically proven analgesic / antipyretic. Paracetamol is equal to aspirin in analgesic and antipyretic effectiveness and it is unlikely to produce many of the side effects associated with aspirin and aspirin-containing products.

Ferrous Ascorbate is obtained by reacting ascorbic acid and iron. It has excellent absorption as ascorbic acid enhances the absorption of iron. Ascorbic acid reduces ferric iron to ferrous iron which remains soluble even at neutral pH. Folic Acid is a form of water-soluble vitamin B9 and is a key factor in the synthesis of nucleic acid (DNA & RNA). It is vital for the production of healthy red blood cells.
