Job Description

  • Calling all debtors for payment and reviewing all credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
  • Responding to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Update account status and database regularly.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
  • Achieving target set for collection.
