Indications
Ketomac Tablets are indicated for the treatment of systemic fungal infections in patients who have failed or who are intolerant to other therapies: blastomycosis, coccidioidomycosis, histoplasmosis, chromomycosis, and paracoccidioidomycosis.
Storage
Store in a cool & dry place. Protect from light.
Precautions
Liver function should be monitored during prolonged therapy due to the risk of hepatotoxicity. Use with caution in patients on concomitant medications metabolised by CYP3A4. Avoid concurrent use with achlorhydria-inducing agents, which may reduce absorption. Not recommended during pregnancy unless clearly necessary.
