Qualification : Graduate or Post – graduate with diploma or degree in Sales / Marketing
Annual CTC : 10, 00,000 to 12, 00,000 INR
Overall sales development of Generic and OTC products in the East Zone (West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Seven sisterly states). Must have prior working experience in Zone and all the Eastern states. Exposure in handling Sales or Marketing profiles of Generic and OTC product ranges.
Effectively handled fieldwork in the entire zone to identify new market opportunities.
Scrutinize and appoint competent parties as new stockiest.
To achieve the assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, and growth) through the team of RSMs, ASMs & SOs.
To conduct a business development orientation program and impart regular training to the team members of Zone.
Monitoring the Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. every month.
Effectually observe the Customers Coverage by the Sales Team every month.
Observing the strategy implementation by the field force.
Depot / C&F administration, sales forecasting, proper identification of sales prospects, and redistribution.
Review of Sales Team member’s activities & business.
Develop healthy business relations with business partners.
The hiring of RSM / ASM in coordination with Sales leadership / Corporate HR.
