DESCRIPTION:
Nimesulide is an antipyretic & analgesic. Paracetamol also known as Acetaminophen, chemically named N-Acetyl-p-Aminophenol, is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). Chlorzoxazone is a centrally-acting agent for painful musculoskeletal conditions.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Nimesulide is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase so it inhibits the synthesis of destructive prostaglandins and spares cytoprotective prostaglandins. Paracetamol is a valuable central analgesic but a weak peripheral anti-inflammatory agent and exhibits antipyretic action. Chlorzoxazone acts primarily at the level of the spinal cord and subcortical areas of the brain where it inhibits multisynaptic reflex arcs involved in producing and maintaining skeletal muscle spasms of varied aetiology.
INDICATIONS:
Effective in the treatment of painful skeletal muscle spasms, Body ache, pain, common cold and other allergic conditions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Headache, dizziness, nausea, anxiety, restlessness.
WARNING:
Use of Nimesulide should ordinarily be restricted to 10 days. If longer clinical use is warranted, liver function tests should be assessed periodically.
DOSAGE:
As directed by the physician.
Not for children below 12 years of age.
STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry & dark place.
