Anti-spasmodic pediatric drops. Dicyclomine relieves muscle spasms and cramping in the gastrointestinal tract. Activated dimethicone (Simethicone) lowers surface tension and facilitates gas dispersion by causing coalescence of gas bubbles in the GI tract, thus helping their dispersion.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Dicyclomine relieves muscle spasms and cramping in the gastrointestinal tract by blocking the activity of acetylcholine on cholinergic (or muscarinic) receptors on the surface of muscle cells.
INDICATIONS:
Indicated for symptomatic relief of infantile colics (a form of pain that starts and stops abruptly) commonly occurring in breast-fed infants.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to dicyclomine or any ingredients of the medication.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Nausea, headache, dizziness, rash, dry mouth, fatigue.
PRECAUTIONS:
This drug should be used with caution in infants under six months.
DOSAGE:
As directed by the physician.
STORAGE:
Keep in a cool, dry, and dark place.
